22 year old Jacob Bouchard, an inmate from the NH State Prison,  did not return for his scheduled check-in time at 8 pm last Friday.

Bouchard had signed out of the Halfway House claiming he was headed to his mother’s home in Concord for a family visit at 5 pm.  When investigators checked with family, they advised there was no such meeting planned and had not seen him.

Bouchard was last known to be wearing a black cut-off t-shirt, basketball shorts, riding a white bicycle.

Bouchard is currently serving time for Felony Level Burglary and Theft by Deception. His earliest release date would have been  in December of  2017. He now faces escape charges.

Investigators from the State Police and Department of Corrections would ask that if anyone has information regarding Bouchard's whereabouts or comes into contact with him is asked to contact the State Police (271-3636) or Department of Corrections (271-1804)
