Sommerville Brewing Company is Creating a Beer Called Saturday Morning that Tastes Exactly Like Cap’n Crunch Cereal

Slumbrew, located in Sommerville MA, is known for thinking outside the mug and brewing up creative and innovative concoctions. At the Portland on Tap festival this past January Steven and I were assigned to pour Slumbrew! We poured the Flagship IPA and the Scooter Strawberry Wheat (my personal favorite)

It is no surprise that they are creating this Cap'n Crunch-inspired Belgian ale. It's 9% ABV so it might leave you feeling a little different than your typical bowl of the Cap'n.

Saturday morning will be released later this year and is described to taste like bubblegum, fruit and spice. (and everything nice) I can't wait to try it!
