Join Brad and Janet as they find themselves at the most unexpected of places, Dr. Frank-N-Furter's castle. The City Theater in Biddeford, Maine, is putting on The Rocky Horror Show. There are many groups out there that perform "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," however, it is usually acted out in front of the film, making this performance more unique.

If you have yet to see "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", I will warn you it can be very confusing. It is very easy to miss some things that happen your first time around. Luckily for you, I've seen the film (far too) many times and can tell you what it is really about.

"The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is a cult classic where two sweethearts (Brad and Janet) get caught with a flat during a rainstorm, only to find themselves at a creepy mansion. The mansion belongs to Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a scientist that is determined to make a lover (Rocky). Both Brad and Janet lose their innocence and meet many characters that make them feel uneasy.

Now, I am not going to spoil the whole story, so I will say it is the journey of how these two sweethearts find their way out of Dr. Frank-N-Furter's mansion. "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is a rock 'n' roll sci-gothic musical, that will always make you wonder what is going to happen next.

Biddeford's historic opera house, City Theater, will be putting on their performance of The Rocky Horror Show from July 22nd to August 7th.

They will have performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm and on Sundays at 2 pm. It is important to note that there will not be a performance on July 24th. All tickets are $25 each.
