Sunfox Farm Has The Largest Sunflower Field In New Hampshire

By now, you probably already know (because I've definitely admitted it before!) that sunflowers are my favorite flower. So, naturally, I'm always excited to discover a new sunflower field- especially one that turns the blooms into a whole celebration!

Sunflower Bloom Festival is currently underway at Sunfox Farm in Concord but there’s still time to check it out! It runs through Sunday, August 16th, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and there are some pretty fun things happening over the next few days.

The farm invites you to “wander through 20 acres of breathtaking sunflowers,” which they say is the largest sunflower field in New Hampshire. You can stroll through the fields, take photos and enjoy the views. And let me just say, they tend to make the perfect backdrop for family portraits.

Friday, August 14th is a great way to enjoy the last bit of summer with your family! From 10:30 to 11:15 a.m., you can meet live wildlife ambassadors during the New Hampshire Wildlife presentation, learning about animals native to our state and how we can help protect them.

Then from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., grab a paintbrush for Paint in the Sunflowers! Sunfox Farm says you’ll be able to create your own sunflower masterpiece surrounded by the flowers and no experience is necessary. The perfect unique outing with your friends (after you pick some blooms, of course) OR a fun activity for with the kids.

According to the festival itinerary, there's also live music, local food trucks and more than 20 local vendors.

So, why not get outside with the family and squeeze in one more summer adventure before the season slips away? The Sunflower Bloom Festival continues through August 16th at Sunfox Farm in Concord!
