Enjoy Free Sunset Yoga on Gorgeous Massachusetts Beach This Summer
Imagine feeling the sand under your feet and the sun setting as you quietly strike a tree pose. Your mind is focused on form, breathing, and the moment.
Every Tuesday evening, you will find a group on the beach in Ipswich, Massachusetts, spread out blankets or towels with a bottle of water in tow.
The gentle Vinyasa Yoga on Crane Beach is the perfect way to unwind after a long day at work, home, or both.
Crane Beach is a gorgeous beach on the North Shore of Massachusetts, known for offering long beach walks, family-friendly fun, and a full day of relaxation.
The Trustees of Reservation are sponsoring sunset yoga, and are the caretakers of all the exceptional properties across Massachusetts. The non-profit is responsible for keeping beautiful places in the Bay State as authentic as possible.
You can join the free classes every Tuesday evening for 10 weeks, starting on June 25 at 7:30 pm. The classes get progressively earlier as the sunset time changes throughout the summer.
If you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yoga enthusiast, join this free session each Tuesday this summer, sponsored in part by the Ipswich Family YMCA.
