The Barriers are Up in Rochester to Allow for Expanded Outdoor Dining/Bars

There is a lot of activity in my town of Rochester.  I noticed the concrete barriers going up around downtown and especially noticed the one across the street from my apartment to make way for expanded outdoor dining this Spring.  Check out some views of coming attractions in my town that I took from my walk around town this weekend. As with everything this year, please call ahead when making plans to visit any of the above establishments because situations change due to pandemic restrictions.
