The Ultimate Comfort Food Has Its Own Festival and It’s Coming Back to NH
Ladies and gentlemen, Mark Your Calendars for the 2019 NH Poutine Fest!
For many in northern New England, the be all and end all of comfort food is poutine and the French-Canadian dish will be celebrated with its very own festival in June of 2019.
The 4th annual NH Poutine Fest will be held June 22, 2019 at Anheuser-Busch in Merrimack, New Hampshire. For the first three years, the NH Poutine Fest was held in Manchester. This will be the first year that it will take place in Merrimack. So, mark your calendars and tell your friends to join you on June 22, 2019 for the 4th annual NH Poutine Fest at the Anheuser-Bush facility on Daniel Webster Highway.
This event sells out quickly. Currently, there is no word on when tickets will go on sale, but it is expected to be sometime in March. So, come help crown the king of french fries, cheese curds, and gravy all while supporting French culture in the Granite State.
According to their website, this event is hosted by the the Franco-American Centre of New Hampshire. All proceeds help support the Centre’s mission of preserving French language, culture, and heritage in New Hampshire and beyond.
