There is a Cemetery Clown Epidemic in America [VIDEO]

According to a CBS Chicago report, the clown was spotted waving to passersby at the gate of the historic Rosehill Cemetery after 10pm one night. They still have not identified the clown but you'll probably get a good look at him tonight after you fall asleep.

Is there footage? You bet there is footage. Not only that, there is some crazy earnest reporting that feels like it is a Daily Show style parody. I can't tell if it is being tongue in cheek or if they really are this serious about a silly prank, which they hint at being an epidemic. Yes, there may be an epidemic of cemetery clowns.
