This Photo Of My Sweaty Self Cost 20 Bucks and It Wasn’t Worth It

So I ran the Falmouth Road Race with my mom over the weekend and was really proud us both! No one looks glamorous after running 7.2 miles. Don't ask me why they have camera people at the finish line ready to capture your "post race face". And what you really shouldn't ask me is why I paid 20 bucks for mine!

It would be different if I did something noteworthy like this guy:

But no, I just am cheesing hard pretending the build up of lactic acid in my knees isn't happening.

Of course I needed to share the photo with you so I can feel like I got my 20 bucks worth. Who knows? Maybe down the line I will be happy I dished out the dough for this photo. But right now, I wish I spent it on a new beach chair.
