Want to Own an Inn in Maine? Just Write an Essay

The Harbor Watch Inn on Swans Island, Maine needs a new inn keeper, and the person who writes the best essay gets it, according to this article from Top Buzz.

There are some qualifications though... like you need to be at least 18 years old, your essay needs to be 350 words and it costs $99 to submit.

The article also states you need to enter before March 31, 2020, and the winner will be announced on May 1, 2020.

The Harbor Watch Inn has 5 units and is close to a lot of cool stuff like hiking, beaches etc, according to Top Buzz.

The cool thing is that if you win, the article reports that you get the quitclaim deed to the whole thing as is and $25,000 to go towards operating costs.
