Warm Surge Brings Potential Big Thunder To NH This Evening

Late September's thunder game will be strong as you wind down this Wednesday.

Today has been a reminder not to get too settled into a fall routine, with humidity pumping back into the region. Strong afternoon thunderstorms are also part of this package.

According to WMUR News 9, a line of thundershowers will be rolling through New Hampshire this evening. Some of the storms could be rather strong, and feature gusty winds and heavy rain. The greatest chance for storms will be from 5 p.m. through 11 p.m, reported by WMUR. There is a cold front moving through the state from northwest to southeast this evening, which is the main reason we're receiving mid August weather.
