What Kind of Sweet Bird is this in Londonderry, New Hampshire?

Jennifer Broyles took to the u Local New Hampshire Facebook page to share this rare and tender moment in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This bird just landed on her while she was relaxing in her backyard.

Some folks in the comments said it means that a lost loved one was coming by to say "Hello" or checking in to make sure she is okay. That is such a comforting thought, especially with what is going on in the world right now.

Enjoying nature is one of our greatest pleasures right now. (That, and binge watching Ozark in your underpants.) So while the world has slowed down take a minute to soak in nature and all of it's bounty.

I was curious what kind of bird this is. Someone identified it as an Eastern Song Sparrow. Let me know in the comments as I am trying to expand on my bird knowledge.
