WMUR-TV has the right idea. Let's fast forward these last few weeks of Winter and look ahead to St. Patty's Day!  Where is the best spot to get corned beef and cabbage in the Granite State?

My dad used to make awesome corn beef and cabbage when I was growing up. I think the secret is to make sure all of those flavors (the onions, carrots, cabbage, etc) mingle together and become friends! And the potatoes must be soft but not too soft.
