Roy Sullivan

Handsome, debonair, and a man of exquisite taste-- Roy is the host of the Big Drive Home! He joined the WOKQ ranks in 2005. Listeners tune in to hear his musings on all things country, pop culture, country, and sports. When not playing New England's Best Country or giving away tickets to that hot concert you really want to go to with that cute friend you've been Facebook stalking for a year, he stays busy living life. Roy is a Sanborn Regional High School and UNH grad, a goalie in several men's hockey leagues, and the president of the Coastal New England Baseball League. He is a wonderful husband and The World's Best Dad, as asserted by a mug Ilikely purchased second hand at a local Goodwill.

Maple Syrup Month gets underway this weekend with tours, demonstrations, sugar on snow tastings, and really all things maple related at farms and sugar houses throughout the state.

How I Lost an Hour This Weekend

We all lost an hour with the return of Daylight Saving over the weekend. What with the temps rising above 40 for the first time in ages, I lost another hour trying to pick away at the ice that has stubbornly set up shop at the bottom of my driveway since November.
