Year of Death: 2007

City/Town: Acworth

Status: Unsolved Homicide

Details: Carrie Hicks, age 25, was found dead on a couch in the home of Wayne Ring located at 146 Beryl Mountain Road in Acworth, NH on February 24, 2007. Carrie died as a result of two gun shot wounds to the left temple. The medical examiner determine that Carrie's manner of death was homicide. When the police responded to the home, Mr. Ring also had a single gunshot wound to the head but he did not die from the wound.

City/Town: North Haverill

Status: Unsolved Homicide

Details: On September 28, 2005 Thomas Conrad, age 54, died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds outside his home at 170 Lilly Pond Road in Pike (North Haverhill), NH.

City/Town: Sharon

Status: Unsolved Homicide

Details: On September 19, 2009, a hunter found the remains of Eric Fitting, 33, of Fall River, MA. His body was located in a wooded area off of Rte. 124. Fitting had been shot to death. Despite an intensive investigation including numerous trips to the Fall River area, the case remains unsolved.

Year of Death: 2009

City/Town: Nashua

Status: Unsolved Homicide

Details: John R. Wiegmann was found strangled to death inside his motel room in Nashua, NH on Sunday May 3, 2009. John, age 59, had been staying at the Motel 6 on Progress Avenue for several days prior to his murder. He was last seen getting into a green minivan at the motel around 7:30-8:00 pm on Saturday May 2, 2009. This van is described as having a 3-4 inch diameter sunspot on the passenger's side front fender in front of the mirror. Earlier that evening, he visited several local restaurants and bars, and was seen wearing a green t-shirt, jeans, a brown windbreaker-type jacket, and his cane. John had spent some time living in Utah, Las Vegas, California and Arizona, but had recently returned to the Nashua area to be near his family.

Year of Death: 2006

City/Town: Salem

Status: Suspicious Death

Details: William Dobens, age 55, was found dead in his home at 7 South Policy Street in Salem, NH, on May 5, 2006. An autopsy revealed that he died as a result of a stab wound to the chest. Circumstances surrounding the case indicate that William's death was suspicious, although the medical examiner has not yet reached a conclusion about the manner of death.
