A NH Woman Faces Charges After A Serious Accident Saturday Night

(Nelson, NH) - NH State Police have charged 32 year old Meghan Gaouette of Sullivan with Aggravated DWI and Vehicular Assault as a result of the head-on crash on Route 9.

NH State Police say Gaouette was heading eastbound in the westbound lane of Route 9 in Nelson just after 9 Saturday night when the collision occurred. Two people suffered injuries in the crash.

Police say alcohol and the use of an electronic mobile device while driving appear to have been factors in the crash.

Gaouette will appear in court to face the Aggravated DWI and Vehicular Assault charges on September 27th.
