A Search Is Underway For A Missing Maine Teacher

(North Yarmouth, Me.) - 47 year old Kristin Rohrbach Westra has been missing since she disappeared from her home Sunday night.

According to police, Westra was last seen at her home in North Yarmouth when she went to bed around 8 Sunday night. She was gone when her family awoke Monday morning.

Westra did not take her phone or a vehicle, and there is no known reason why she would be missing.

Officials conducted a search of the wooded around around her home this week, but turned up no clues to her disappearance.

Westra is a teacher at the Chebeague Island School.
