Ani's Bagel Café Opens New Location In Wells, Maine

If you’re someone who believes a great morning starts with a fresh bagel and a good cup of coffee, there’s a new spot to check out in Wells, Maine!

Ani’s Bagel Café has officially opened its doors at 175 Depot Road, bringing its popular bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and more.

The café announced on social media that after months of planning, construction and plenty of long days, they are finally open!

The Wells location is an expansion of Ani’s Bagel Café, which already has a home in Exeter, New Hampshire. According to the café’s website, the business was created with the goal of offering a "welcoming place where customers can enjoy breakfast and lunch while experiencing quality food and friendly service". The café says its bagels are baked fresh daily, while sandwiches and salads are made to order. Its coffee is also roasted to order.

And there’s plenty to choose from. The menu includes a variety of bagels and house-made cream cheeses, breakfast bagel sandwiches, salads, smoothies, espresso drinks and pastries.

The new Wells café has been a long time coming. In fact, the town’s planning records show plans for expanding Ani’s Bagel Café at the Depot Road property dating back to 2024.
