Boston Logan International Airport Now Has 20 Free Arcade Games You Can Play

Have you heard about Boston Logan International Airport's latest addition?

Turns out, 20 retro arcade machines have been placed throughout the concourses, meaning people can have a bit of old-school video game fun whether they are leaving Boston or arriving.

Oh, and the big sweet spot is that they are all free to play. Don't need quarters. Don't need cash. Don't need credit. Just game on.

Hometown Arcade provided the 20 arcade machines that can be found at Boston Logan International Airport in Massachusetts.

How Long Will The Arcade Games Be at Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts?

Hometown Arcade owner Matt Snow said he hopes the games will stay there for a long time.

So it's looking like this won't just be a limited-time addition, which is fantastic.

Snow added that there will be two additional games, Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga, added at the soon-to-open JetBlue Lounge past security in Terminal C.

He also mentioned that some arcade game machines may be moved around to increase visibility, as well as the addition of some more games in the near future.

Might I suggest Mario Bros, Mortal Kombat, or Tekken 3? (It looks like you can play these at some of the other Hometown Arcade locations, so maybe they'll come to Logan soon!)

Nostalgia is huge these days, and getting to play these classic games for free during some downtime at the airport sounds like a blast.

Just make sure that while you're trying to take down Donkey Kong or chasing ghosts as Pac-Man, you don't wind up missing your flight.
