This could be all we've ever dreamed of having after Harvey's left us... and so much more.  Aubrey Blanchette is the new owner of Aubrey's on Central in Dover, New Hampshire.

Aubrey came in to the studio with Matt & Ben Airey who are helping her in many ways to open this new bakery on 376 Central Avenue, in the same space that Harvey's Bakery used to be.  She will have all the usual things that you would expect at a coffee house, but one thing that is not that common to all.  Aubrey is going to have an emphasis on gluten free products!

Don't worry, Aubrey will also have all the gluten you could ever want too.

Aubrey's on Central in Dover, NH Wants to be Your Community

How amazing, with all the great coffee places in Dover, that Aubrey is joining an amazing collection of places already in place in the Garrison City.  What's that expression, "a rising tide raises all ships?"  If that's true, Dover is in store for a big wave coming as soon as she can open.

Will Aubrey's on Central Have the Famous Harvey's Maple Squares?

This is the question on everyone's mind; Will we be able to get the famous Harvey Maple Squares that we miss so much ever since they closed?  Matt & Ben Airey, who are helping Aubrey open, said that there "will be some collaboration."

The Airey Brothers also said, "We have talked with the Guilmette sisters and they are excited for Aubrey.  They want to be part of her success, but that's all we're going to say."  Then they went on to say, "Who knows?  Maybe the menu will feature a Harvey's Maple Square, we just don't know."

What's Holding up Opening Aubrey's on Central?

Aubrey needs to get all new equipment for the bakery.  She has put a lot of money into this already, but it's not enough, so she applied for a loan.

She had her former business in South Berwick, "Aubrey's Coffehouse and Bakery."  Many of her loyal followers have asked how they can help with this new business in Dover.  She has applied for a loan to cover the necessary equipment needs, but she also started a GoFundMe for people who would like to donate and become part of the foundation of Aubrey's on Central.

If you donate say $50 to the GoFundMe, you will get a Founder's Mug that says something like, "I helped open Aubrey's on Central."  You will also get .99 cent coffee for a year.  There are different tiers for bigger donations with bigger rewards, like becoming part of the Founder's Wall.

Aubrey Blanchette is not only opening a new business, but she's also looking for a boyfriend, fiance, husband and father of her 6 kids, preferably in that order.  Can you believe it?  She's 20-something years old, a business owner, driven, gorgeous and did I mention that she can bake?  Holy Moly!  If I were a guy between the ages of say.... 25? 30? -38-ish, I'd call her up myself!

Let's face it, Aubrey is going to be spending all of her time trying to get the bakery open, so when is she gonna have time to look for a man?  That's why she's got her buddy, Sarah.  If you want to meet her, message her on her socials or slide into her DM's here.  Like, for real, buddy.  Do it.

We can expect Aubrey's on Central to open sometime in the fall of 2026.

Go, Aubrey, Go!
