Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill, New Hampshire
With 4.7/5 stars and over 2,300 reviews on Google at the time of this writing, it's no secret that Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill is a top destination in the regional restaurant scene. The historic breakfast and lunch establishment first opened in 1938, and is famous for serving made-from-scratch pancakes drizzled with real New Hampshire maple syrup.
According to LoveFood,
...the real fun starts when the 'Maple Tray' arrives loaded with real maple syrup, a maple sugar shaker, and maple frosting in a squeezy bottle, at no extra charge.
It doesn't get more 'New Hampshire' than that.
Not only is the food at Polly's delicious, but during your visit, you can also purchase pancake mix and maple syrup to create your own breakfast delicacies at home. You can also visit the online store to peruse a selection of food items, kitchenware, apparel, and more.
Yours truly has yet to dine at Polly's, but has heard lots of positive praises via word-of-mouth. Perhaps this is a sign that a road trip to Sugar Hill might be in the future.
