Cancer Claims David Bowie at the Age of 69

All genres of music are mourning the loss of a true visionary. David Bowie died Sunday at the age of 69.

Bowie died after an 18 month fight with cancer. He passed away surrounded by his family. The singer-songwriter and actor had just released a brand new album on Friday, January 8th, which was also his 69th birthday.

Being a child of the 70's and 80's, I grew up listening to David Bowie on the radio.
