This person has wronged each and every one one of us. Especially in the past month or so. She has dumped storm after storm on us in the month of March. And then when it is FINALLY supposed to be Springtime, she refuses to put the cold weather behind us. She is a criminal and needs to be stopped!

Plaistow PD has had enough. They issued this warrant for Mother Nature's arrest on Friday:
