If you live in Dover or visit often you are familiar with CJ and Rasa of the Dover Mounted Patrol. They are like the official mascots of the city of Dover. There's nothing like spotting those beautiful creatures trotting around downtown on a nice sunny day.

It appears the above video was taken on St. Patricks Day judging by the green garb of the bar crowd. How fantastic that CJ and Rasa graced Empty Pint Brewing Company with their presence. They were not sporting any green beads or shamrocks but the fact that they showed up was festive enough.
