Deerfield Officials Hope for Safe Return of ‘Zippy the Elf’

In a Facebook post, the Deerfield Rescue Squad says 'Zippy, the Elf' was reported missing from Veasey Park on Monday.

“Zippy” is a life-sized elf doll that is placed around town by the town's fire department during the Christmas season. Clues are then posted on social media on his whereabouts for adults and children alike to find him.

Anyone with information about 'Zippy’s' whereabouts or information about who stole the ldoll is asked to contact Deerfield fire at 603-463-7721, or Deerfield police at 603-463-7258.

Here's hoping for a safe return of 'Zippy the Elf.'
