Don’t Interrupt This Guy Until He’s Had His Coffee

I love Starbucks but I'm not sure I'd be willing to risk my life for them. With all the money I've given them over the years, they should be risking their lives for me. But thankfully, not everyone feels that way.

A guy walked into a Starbucks on Wednesday wearing an Optimus Prime mask from Transformers, carrying a toy gun and a real knife. He demanded the cash from the register, and the cashier started giving it to him until a customer decided to step in. Apparently he's a regular there, so he set his latte down, and picked up a metal chair, slammed the robber in the back with it and then started brawling with him.

Eventually he wrestled the knife away. He wound up getting stabbed in the process, but he also got a few nice stabs in on the bad guy too. The robber was taken to the hospital, and once he's out, he'll be facing charges for attempted armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.
