Dover Teen Wins Miss NH Title

Congratulations to Caroline Carter of Dover, the newly crowned Miss New Hampshire 2016!

I'm so proud of this young woman. I've known Caroline for several years and I'm so happy for her. Among other things, she's a tireless volunteer, an amazing singer and she's an advocate for Type 1 Diabetes. As she always has, Caroline will make New Hampshire proud as the newly crowned Miss New Hampshire as she makes her journey to the Miss America pageant later this year in Atlantic City.
