Fake Pot Overdoses Concern Manchester Police [NEWS]

(Manchester,N.H.) - Nine overdoses overnight of a product known as "Spice" have Manchester police concerned. Spice is marketed as potpourri but people are using it as a low cost alternative to marijuana. Manchester police say the product has been responsible for 30 overdoses in the past 48 hours.
