Gas Prices Fall Across New England
(Concord, NH) - Gas prices in New Hampshire have fallen close to 3 cents a gallon since last week.
According to the gasbuddy weekly survey, the average price for regular has dropped to $2.66 a gallon. That price is still 35 cents more that we paid a month ago. Prices took a major jump when Hurricane Harvey struck the gulf coast area, closing several refineries.
The average price in Maine is $2.68 a gallon. In Massachusetts, it's $2.71 and in Vermont, it's $2.72 a gallon.
The lowest prices are paid in Oklahoma at $2.27. In California, motorists are paying an average of $3.15 a gallon today.
