Hailing A Cheesy Return Of The 90’s Sloppiest Snack
Walking and chewing gum at the same time is one thing. Eating these while typing is not recommended, but there's no way I won't go for it once they hit selves again.
Cheez Balls are making a return.
Hold on. I realize the product of cheese balls never went away. You can still fill a Walmart shopping cart with a 3 gallon drum of them. However, millennials, you missed out on the real deal. You've been caking your fingers with an inferior product. Basically, you became hooked on a knockoff brand. Now, this may suit you just fine, but don't you wanna try the real thing?
Yes, there is a difference. A big one. Anyone who has tasted Planters Cheez Balls knows it, and likely sails right by any tub of the cardboard-like imitator which does more damage to the roof to your mouth than anything else.
According to WMUR, beginning next month, Planters Cheez Balls and Cheez Curls will roll out on grocery store shelves nationwide and online, starting at a suggested retail price of $1.99. This, after online groups, and old fashion letter writing campaign convinced the parent company to bring them back. Planters Head of Brand Building Melanie Huet said “We made sure our Cheez Balls and Cheez Curls still have the same delicious taste, airy texture and fluorescent color you know and love, so our fans can enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane with every canister.”
