As a mom, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. Between work, family, and the never-ending to-do list, finding time to slow down and recharge can feel impossible.

Well, I've got the perfect solution for you... Yoga on the beach! It's the perfect way to hit pause for a little bit.

In my opinion, there's no better way to unwind than stretching with your toes in the sand, listening to the waves roll in, and breathing in that salty ocean air. *Inhale, exhale*

Beginning today, June 23rd, Hampton Beach is once again offering free yoga classes, giving locals and visitors a unique opportunity to focus on both their physical and mental well-being while surrounded by one of New Hampshire's most beautiful backdrops.

The classes are designed for all experience levels so there's no need to worry. You can be a seasoned yogi or someone who's never stepped onto a mat before- everyone is welcome!

It's ultimately a chance to disconnect from the stress of everyday life and spend an hour simply being present.

Working out can feel a whole lot less like work when you're greeted by a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

Free Yoga on the Beach takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 a.m. on the sand just south of the Seashell Complex near the playground. The sessions are led by Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness and are made possible through the Hampton Beach Village District.

Limited to 2 free yoga sessions per month. Those wanting to join are encouraged to register in advance before each class. They suggest using the free coupon code: FREEYOGAHBVD

Personally, I can't think of a more peaceful way to start the day. It almost feels like a mini vacation before the rest of life kicks into gear.
