Kale pretty much dominated recipes for the last couple of years, but lately, I've noticed cauliflower has become pretty popular. From riced, to fried, to pizza crusts, it seems cauliflower is everywhere.
We were chatting about this on our Facebook Page recenty and apparently, I'm in the minority when it comes to liking the cruciferous vegetable.

I've tried it a few different ways. I've tried the cauliflower 'tater tots,' I've tried 'riced cauliflower' and a few other versions, but I'd much rather a different veggie. And, don't even get me started on using cauliflower as a pizza crust...that is just wrong on so many levels!

It's not surprising, that the chefs at the Food Network has many, many cauliflower recipes to choose from.
