Haverhill, MA Man Is Facing Charges For Getting Handsy at Fenway

According to Boston.com, a 29-year-old man Brandon Noyes from Haverhill, MA was at the Red Sox game on Sunday. He was in an elevator at Fenway Park when he allegedly poked the breast of the elevator attendant and exclaimed, "It's my birthday!" Birthday or not, the unsolicited touching was not appreciated.

The man was arrested and has pleaded not guilty to a charge of indecent assault and battery.

Friends of Noye's told officers who responded to the incident that Brandon had been drinking. One too many birthday Bud Lights cost Brandon his right to enter the ballpark for the rest of the season and potentially longer.
