This maybe the strangest thing I've ever seen. It looks like a huge flying saucer made of ice...is floating right in the middle of the Presumpscot River in Westbrook, ME.

According to WGME News 13 in Portland, the huge chunk of ice is spinning counter clockwise. And I'm clearly no the only one fascinated with it. A group of birds have taken up residence on the biggest ice cube I've ever seen.

While the size of the giant ice disc hasn't been published, the Bangor Daily News claims the largest ice disc recorded was a 160-foot circle in Sweden’s Pite River in 1987.
