Berlin, NH, Amber Alert Canceled

On the morning of Friday, March 1, 2024, the New Hampshire State Police announced that they had canceled the Amber Alert, with both Elowyn and Vaelyn being found safe and sound. That is clearly the thankful and safety part of this story.

Furthermore, not only were both Elowyn and Vaelyn reported to be safe and sound by NH State Police, but WMUR also reports that Dustin Mark Duren was also found and in police custody, with no other information provided at the time of this writing.

However, that is not the end of the story, as heartbreak also accompanies the sigh of relief after both children were found safe.
