There are a couple on this list that I wouldn't consider unique like, Carolyn.  That seemed pretty common in my neck of the woods of New Hampshire. Also, Liz seems pretty common as well, but maybe most people name their baby Elizabeth and shorten it to Liz, making it unique.

All I know is, when you pick out a name for your baby, make sure that you love it.  You're going to be saying that name over and over and over again.  It will be the most beautiful name ever because it's your baby.
