'Margaritaville' singer, Jimmy Buffett's company has started construction on Latitude Margaritaville, a retirement community for residents 55 years of age or older.
Just take a look at this video and you'll see why I think it's the most unbelievable concept for a retirement community I've ever heard of!
The 'Palm Beach Post' says the community is expected to open for sales later this fall, with model homes opening next year. It will boast walkable neighborhoods, fitness center, spa, live entertainment, private beach club and indoor and outdoor dining.
