With Halloween come and gone, no doubt we're setting our sights to the last few weeks of the year. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's Eve -- and most importantly, getting the holy HECK out of 2020. But while Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Hanukkah usually bring ALL the cheer, good feels, and normally good food -- there are A LOT of families that will struggle a bit extra this year because of the state of the world right now.

BUT. That's when it seems like we New Englanders step up and put in a little extra to help each other out. And that's what the Maine Tourism Association is doing with a food drive going on right now.

According to Channel 8 WMTW, all SEVEN Maine Visitor Information Centers are participating in a food drive that is going on now through November 22. At the end of the food drive, all collected canned and non-perishable food items will be donated to local food pantries.

All 7 State Visitor Information Centers are open 9a-5:30p, 7 days a week. Curious about the locations? Got you covered (thanks to Channel 8 WMTW) below!
