Maine Woman To Be Arraigned For Rochester Pharmacy Robbery
(Rochester, NH) - A Lebanon, Maine woman was extradited back to New Hampshire to face robbery charges.
58 year old Ann Castellez of Lebanon was arrested by Maine State Police and held in the York County Jail on a Fugitive from Justice charge.
Rochester Police say Castellez entered the Rite-Aid on Milton Road last Friday morning and passed a note to the pharmacist demanding prescription drugs.
No weapon was shown and there were no injuries. Castellez fled the store and left the area in a vehicle that was tracked to Maine.
Castellez was brought back to New Hampshire Wednesday, and Rochester Police charged her with Felony Robbery and faces arraignment on the charge in Strafford County Superior Court
