Marijuana Decriminalization Bill Passes In NH House

(Concord, NH) - The New Hampshire House has approved a bill to remove criminal penalties for possession of small amounts of marijuana.

The bill that passed without debate Thursday is now on it's way to Governor Chris Sununu, who says he will sign it into law.

New Hampshire joins the other New England states in decriminalizing marijuana possession.
