Massachusetts Coach's Quick Reaction Saves 9-Year-Old Gymnast

Gymnastics is a great sport.

Both my daughters competed in gymnastics from the time they could walk until about 5th grade. They loved it. As a parent though, watching it is very different. You're on the edge of your seat hoping they hit their mark or don't fall.

This 9-year-old gymnast was running towards her vault, does a back handspring thingy (yup, that's how much I know about the gymnastics terms), hits the vault and starts to drift off of the landing area, according to a WCVB video.

Out of nowhere the owner/coach of the Easton, Massachusetts gym, seriously, comes from out of the picture frame and catches this girl in mid air!

Then the guy acts like it's no big deal...just another day at work.

I've watched it a ton. Enjoy.
