Massachusetts Man Charged In Hampton Assault

(Hampton, NH) - 37 year old Thomas Littlewood of Gardner, Mass. is free on bail after he was charged with 2 counts of Second Degree Assault and one count of Criminal Mischief.

Hampton Police were called to a hotel on Ocean Boulevard around 11 pm on March 24th. There had been a report of an altercation and police found a woman who had been punched in the face, knocking out a tooth.

Police also charged that Littlewood engaged in an act of strangulation on the victim, and damaged the cell phone of another person.

Littlewood was freed on bail pending a court appearance next week.
