Ohio governor, John Kasich plans to announce today that he'll be running for president. The second-term republican governor and former congressman launches his campaign at Ohio State University. He is scheduled to campaign in New Hampshire this week.

One hospitalized after early morning accident in Hampton
A Hampton man is hospitalized after being hit by a car this morning on Ashworth Avenue. 28 year old Paul Fields was hit just after midnight and is in critical condition at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. 18 year old Jacob Bailey of Dover was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
