Apparent electrocution kills Rochester man
Portsmouth police say they believe a 52-year-old man who was found dead in an apartment was electrocuted. Officials responded to a report of an unresponsive man Monday morning. Police say it appears David Dufresne Jr., of Rochester, was working on an appliance when he was electrocuted.
