Crosbys Bakery Expands With New Location At St. Joseph's Hospital

This iconic bakery in Nashua, New Hampshire, opened up a satellite location in the Gate City in an unique location.

If you had to chose the most iconic bakery in all of Nashua, it would be Crosby's Bakery, established in 1947. The other legend of the cakes in Nashua is Frederick's Pastries, but that technically started out of Frederick and Gloria's garage in 1980. Crosby's wins because... respect your elders.

Now, Crosby's has opened up a satellite location in St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua. How wonderful for the doctors, nurses, patients, families who have to be there. The general public can also go in at any time.

The main location of Crosby's is on 51 East Pearl Street and has been for as long as I can remember. You would want to go into Crosby's for their cinnamon rolls or their carrot cake and you'd not be disappointed. Many families in the Nashua area have gone to Crosby's for generations for celebration cakes and pastries.

Over this Summer, Crosby's Bakery opened up a satellite location at St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua. When I called the East Pearl Street location, they told me that the hospital location won't have everything that E. Pearl Street will have, but they will have specialty coffee and treats. Yay!

When I was living in Nashua, I don't remember them having so much savory food. Maybe because my mind was transfixed on the cinnamon rolls.

How nice for people who might be going through something scary with their health to have a taste of home right there at St. Joe's. Maybe it's a happy occasion like having a baby! Somebody has to go get coffee.
