I don't think I'll be moving to this town anytime soon.

At 14.86%, Newcastle boasts New Hampshire's highest percentage of homes valued at over a million dollars. That's what happens when you're an island with less than a square mile of actual land off the coast of New England. Water views in most every direction paired with access to the food and nightlife of Portsmouth makes for some desirable (and expensive) homes.

Second on the list comes as no surprise: Rye at just over 4%. Waterfront property is well represented elsewhere on the list, mostly those by prominent lakes: Sunapee, Moultonborough and Alton are among towns where between 2-3%.
