New England Gas Prices Are Climbing As We Head Into The Memorial Day Weekend
(Dover, NH) - Next Monday marks the unofficial start to summer, and today we are paying 6-cents a gallon more at the pump that we were last Monday.
According to the latest survey by gasbuddy, NH motorists are paying an average price of $2.86 for regular.
That is 19 cents per gallon more than last month, and 57 cents higher than we paid a year ago.
Massachusetts and Vermont have an average price of $2.90, and in Maine it's $2.91.
The national average price is $2.93 a gallon, the highest average price of the year.
