According to thehill.com, former NH Governor Chris Sununu said that you will need to "pack your patience" as the shutdown is still going on.

Airlines for America, which the former NH Governor is now CEO, from what I can tell from their website, is pushing for an upgrade because the Air Traffic Control system that we have now is chronically understaffed and potentially obsolete?
