If you live or care for a toddler you know they are busy little bees! They are starry eyed, curious, beings that are experiencing so many things for the very first time. It's so much fun.

However if you are hanging with a toddler all day long in the dead of Winter, the days can feel quite long. You can feel like you have lived a whole life and then you look up at the clock and it's only 10:15 am. How is that possible?

A great way to break up the day, if the weather permits, is to venture out of the house and interact with other human beings. The socialization is equally as important for the kiddo and caretaker.
