New Hampshire’s Bitter Cold To Stretch Well Into 2018
Brrrrr. If you woke up to negative reading on your thermometer this morning, you're not alone. Factor in the wind chill, and it was brutal out there.
Oh, and it's not going away anytime soon.
From the Simple Weather Alert website, "A Wind Chill Advisory Means That Cold Air And The Wind Will Combine To Create Low Wind Chills. Frost Bite And Hypothermia Can Occur If Precautions Are Not Taken. Make Sure You Wear A Hat And Gloves."
The long range forecast isn't pretty. According to WMUR News 9, NH won't even come close to the freezing mark for at least 10 days.
